Terms of Use
1. General
These Terms of Use govern your use of the LOGOGRAM service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our service.
2. Service Description
LOGOGRAM is an AI-powered logo generation platform that creates unique vector-based monogram logos. The service operates on a credit-based system where users can purchase credits to generate logos.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credit System
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our platform and are used to generate logos. Prices for credit packages are shown net at the time of purchase; VAT is determined from your billing country and added at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Credits may expire after a certain period of inactivity.
Consumers in the EU: nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons, unless that right has already expired because you expressly asked us to begin performance before the period ended and acknowledged losing the right. See our withdrawal policy for the full notice and the model withdrawal form, or use the withdrawal function directly. Ongoing contracts can be cancelled at any time via "Cancel contracts here".
Beyond those statutory rights, refunds for unused credits are at our discretion.
5. AI-generated content
Logos on this service are produced by generative AI models. You are interacting with an AI system, and the images it returns are artificially generated.
In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, every SVG and PNG you download carries machine-readable metadata marking it as AI-generated. We do not place a visible watermark on your logo. Removing or altering that metadata is your choice and your responsibility; we simply make sure it is there when the file leaves us.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
When you generate a logo through our service, you are granted full rights to use it for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including in work you deliver to your own clients.
Your logos are private by default. We display a generated logo publicly only where you have chosen to make it public — for example by publishing it to Explore or to your public designer profile — and you can make it private again at any time.
We do not claim ownership of the logos you generate, and we do not grant anyone else a licence to them.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to disrupt our systems
- Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states your affiliation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.
